I moved furniture today.

We live in a tiny space. (By tiny, I mean we have two rooms of living space, and share a kitchen and living room with the in-laws. My husband and I sleep on a futon that serves as a couch in the TV room during the day, and our sons have a bunk-bed in a 10x12 bedroom of their own.) We're always trying to shift things around to see if we can maximize the space we have. It's a challenge.

I moved a toybox and dresser into the boys' room. At first Sprout was traumatized. (I moved the toybox!) But I think this will work better for everyone in the long run.

We have peas, shallots and sunflowers planted, and today I dug some compost in and planted onions and bush beans. There's still lots of space, and we'll add tomatoes as soon as we're sure it won't frost anymore.

My work time has been dedicated to other projects for the past couple weeks, but tonight I'm free from other obligations, and I will be putting my light box to use for my Nameless project. :) I AM SO EXCITED!!

I love my light box. D: It has made my job much easier.

Some things I need to remember for the next time I use it:

1. I need to draw lighter. No, I can't really see my lines when I'm drawing them, but checking my lines is what the dimmer light is for.

2. I need to go back over the lines to soften them up and make them look more natural, but that's easily enough done.

3. Photo references are my friend.

Also, I need to draw up some character sheets. With expressions and facial proportions.
